Home based Supervising Social Worker - Therapeutic IFA

Salary up to £42,000 per annum

NonStop Care is looking for an experienced Supervising Social Worker who can join a well established Independent Fostering Agency in South London, on a permanent basis.

This is a home based role, offering you a lot of flexibility with your schedule.

In this role, you will be joining a therapeutic Independent Fostering Agency. They provide ongoing therapeutic training and support, which will allow you to enhance your therapeutic fostering skills.

The fostering agency is one of the national fostering providers and they have an excellent reputation and an Outstanding Ofsted rating. They have actually been rated Outstanding for their past four consecutive inspections, so you will be part of a very good working environment where quality of care comes first.

Responsibilities:

The Supervising Social Worker will will provide support and supervision to a small caseload of 8 to maximum 10 foster families located in the South London area.

Requirements:

Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering or in a Looked After Children Team. You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
