Home based Senior Supervising Social Worker

salary package up to £42,725 per annum

NonStop Care is working with a well established Independent Fostering Agency in the London area, in order to help them recruit for a permanent Senior Supervising Social Worker.

This is a fully home based role, offering you a lot of flexibility. Since covid, they have worked from home and it works very well for them, so they are going to continue working remotely. This means you will not be linked to an office, reducing your travel.

Responsibilities:

The Senior Supervising Social Worker will provide support and supervision to about 10 - 12 foster families, located around North and East London, with some foster families located around West London, Essex and Hertfordshire.

You will be joining a not for profit Independent Fostering Agency with an Outstanding Ofsted rating.

They are therapeutic and they provide ongoing therapeutic training, allowing you to enhance your skills within therapeutic fostering.

Requirements:

Please apply if you are a Social Worker or a Senior Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering or within a LAC team. You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
