Due to exciting growth plans, we are looking to recruit several new Protection Advisers for the team. With a flexible culture, this is a full home-based role.

The Position / Responsibilities

• You will be providing telephone-based advice to clients regarding Life Insurance and Protection services
• Initially, you will be guided through a detailed training scheme where you will benefit from a best-in-class onboarding
• Conducting fact finds and researching client requirements
• Maintaining records on the internal system and following the company sales process
• Building rapport and communicating professionally with clients
• Making sure clients are receiving the best possible service at all times
• Earning commission on all written business

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience within full advised protection advice.
• R01 or R05 qualified with a keenness to train towards full CAS status within your initial 6 months.
• A professional approach and excellent communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively over the phone
• Self-motivated and a desire to succeed
• Ability to demonstrate drive and ambition to carve out a successful career within financial services
• IT literate and attention to detail

What We Can Offer

• Base salary of up to circa £30,000 - £32,000 (dependent on experience) + bi annual bonus + excellent commission scheme. Allowing to gross circa £38,000 - £42,000 rising in year two to £42,000 - £48,000 OTE. Year 3 rises again to £48,000 - £56,000.
