Fully Remote Role - Life Insurance Specialist - Market Leader

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s largest and most highly respected names in the Financial Services Industry. Our client is one of the largest Wealth Management companies in the UK and have a thriving Life Insurance division. Due to continued year on year growth we are looking to recruit several new Life Insurance Advisers into the team. With a flexible culture, this role can be fully home based.

You will benefit from very high conversion rates, extremely low lapse rates and average premiums substantially higher than the market average.

Please note this is a very consultative, 'quality over quantity' type of role, focused on HNW clients. You will not be making volume calls. Your clients will regard you as a trusted adviser that will help them to achieve the correct level of protection for themselves and their families.

You will be given full training and will be guided through all of the relevant RO1 and RO5 qualifications. The Position / Responsibilities

- You will be focused on the HNW market and operating as a true consultant, trusted by your client

- You will be providing telephone-based advice to clients regarding Life Insurance and Protection services

- Initially you will be guided through a detailed training scheme where you will become fully qualified in relevant qualifications (paid for and trained by the company)

- Conducting fact finds and researching client requirements

- Maintaining records on the internal system and following company sales process

- Building rapport and communicating professionally with clients

- Making sure clients are receiving the best possible service at all times

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience within Protection / Life Insurance is required

- Previous experience in a professional customer focused environment is essential

- A technical mind able to deal with complex premiums and policies

- A professional approach and excellent communication skills is vital

- Ability to communicate effectively over the phone

- Self-motivated and a desire to succeed

- Ability to demonstrate drive and an ambition to carve out a successful career within financial services

- IT literate and attention to detail

- A base salary dependent upon experience. Base salary will continue to rise with progression.
