Home-Based Equity Release Advisor - South Wales

If yes, we're searching for a driven and skilled Equity Release Advisor to join the growing team of our directly approved clients! You will be in charge of giving South Wales-based homeowners who are 55 years of age or older professional guidance, guiding them through the confusing world of equity release products and helping them understand their alternatives.

What you'll do:

• Working from home in and around the South Wales area, you will receive on average 3-4 new leads a week.
• Build relationships with clients over the phone and video call, understanding their individual needs and financial goals.
• Provide comprehensive and impartial advice on a range of equity release products, including lifetime mortgages, home reversion schemes, and more.
• Guide clients through the application process, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
• Stay up to date on the latest regulations and product offerings in the equity release market.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets within a competitive but supportive environment.

What we're looking for:

• Equity release qualification (or equivalent) and a minimum of 2 years' experience in equity release advice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone and video call.
• Excellent knowledge of the equity release market and financial products.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
• Confident and self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed.
• Excellent IT skills and proficiency in CRM systems.
