HLTA (High Level Teaching Assistant)

TimePlan Education are currently seeking a HLTA to work alongside our multicultural Ofsted rated 'Outstanding' school. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with lesson planning, helping with classroom management, providing individualised instruction to students, and helping to create a positive learning environment

HLTA roles:

• To assist teachers in delivering high quality lessons
• Work closely with students to aid their progress
• Provide some cover supervisions were required
• Keen to develop professional expertise and willing to learn from others
• Preparation and delivery of learning activities for small groups and whole class

HLTA requirements:

• Candidate has at least 4+ years' experience

• If not yet qualified as a HLTA, to undertake all aspects of training required for the To support with intimate care needs, if necessary

• To support those identified as having learning needs, complex needs and or social emotional and mental health, by utilising their levels of knowledge and skills when assisting with planning, monitoring, assessing, and managing classes
