Higher Level Teaching Assistant needed for a Primary School in Greenwich

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant who is keen to undertake a new challenge?

Are you looking for a step up into a leadership role?

Are currently working as a HLTA but wanting a change of setting?

Academics are looking to recruit 2 full time HLTA s to work on a long term basis at a school in Greenwich. The school is on track to receive an Outstanding Ofsted grade during their next graded inspection and pupils at the school are described as "highly focused on their learning".

The school would like to appoint HLTA s who have recent experience working within the borough of Greenwich as either a Teaching assistant or a HLTA (higher level teaching assistant).

The school is located a short walk from train station which provides amazing transport links to the local area and beyond for the appointed staff member. The schools has some of the best academic results in Greenwich, this is due to excellent facilities and a true commitment to the "every child matters philosophy".

Applicants for these roles in Greenwich must have:

  • Experience working with pupils with SEN
  • Child workforce DBS (Ideally on update service)
  • 2 recent school based references
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Experience working as a HLTA or Teaching Assistant
