Aspire People are looking for HLTA / Higher Level Teaching Assistant in Bromsgrove work in a Primary school as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA).

The HLTA /Higher Teaching Assistant with cover long term placement supporting all of the schools KS2 classes. The ideal candidate will have experience working with SEND/Challenging Behaviour pupils, you would also be experienced in covering lessons and able to manage a classroom without assistance. This is a great chance to gain abundance of experience to add to your CPD and keep everyday exciting.

The ideal HLTA / Higher Level Teaching Assistant should have the following:

Level 4+ qualified and a minimum of 6 months experience in an educational establishment
A calm, patient and caring persona
Good communication skills
A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
Experience in working with supporting students in their education on a 1:1 and small group basis
