History Graduate Teaching Assistant

Location: Hillingdon, Secondary School

Salary: £90 to £100 per day (depending on experience)

Hours: 8:30 am to 3:30 pm

Presently, we are partnering with a distinguished Secondary School in Hillingdon to find an enthusiastic History Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team.

Position Overview: This is an exciting opportunity for a History Graduate to contribute to the learning and development of secondary school students. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the History department to enhance the educational experience and provide valuable support to both teachers and students.

Responsibilities:

  • Support History teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of educational materials.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students who may need additional assistance.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Contribute to extracurricular activities related to the History curriculum.

Requirements:

  • A degree in History or a related field.
  • Passion for history and education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is advantageous.
