Job Title: Hire Controller
Location: Essex
Basic Salary is Negotiable Subject to Experience, Bonus Scheme, Healthcare, Life Insurance, 25 Days Holiday Plus Bank Holidays, Company Pension, Full Product Training.

Job Description:

Responsibilities of the Role:

• Working as a team in a busy hire desk environment
• Taking hire enquiries from customers 
• Checking availability of machines and ensuring machine checks are up to date
• Coordinating with engineers and the transport team
• Offering support and cover to the transport desk as and when required
• Dealing with customers to a professional business standard

Requirements of Role:

• Previous experience working as a Hire Controller is essential
• Strong communication, organisation and customer service skills
• Experience working within the Powered Access, Plant Hire, or Tool Hire industry would be preferable
• Experience working with Syrinx CRM systems is desirable
