Job description: An interesting and niche opportunity has arisen for a Highways Lawyer to deal with a backlog of Public Rights of Way Inquiries the Council are currently dealing with. 

Working arrangement: Remote. Attendance for inquiry meetings – once every few months (however fully remote applicants will be considered). Full time or Part time. To start ASAP for an initial period of 6 months.

This role is suited to individuals who have experience Advocating in Public Rights of Way Inquiries. You must be a Solicitor, CILEX or Barrister.

Hourly rate: Dependant on Experience
