As an HLTA, your role will involve:

Assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging and creative lessons across various subjects.

Providing targeted support to students, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Contributing to the development of individualized learning plans and monitoring progress.

Encouraging a positive and inclusive learning environment, nurturing the social and emotional well-being of students.

Collaborating with the wider team to ensure the smooth operation of the school and a cohesive approach to education.

What we are looking for:

A Highly Talented Teaching Assistant who is passionate about education and committed to making a difference in the lives of students.

Experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications, showcasing your ability to support and motivate learners.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

A creative and adaptable mindset, capable of tailoring support to meet the individual needs of students.

A proactive and energetic approach, bringing fresh ideas and enthusiasm to the classroom.
