Higher Level Teaching Assistant required for a Primary School in Rainham

About the role:

We’re currently looking for enthusiastic higher level teaching assistants to work throughout a Primary School in East London, RM13 arear.

Our team has built an excellent reputation in the local area, and we’re looking for more high-quality HLTAs to work with us to positively impact the progress and attainment of the pupils.

The ideal applicant will have:

• Provide evidence of fulfilling the Higher Level Teaching Assistant standards and or ability and potential to fulfil them within the first 6 months of the role.
• Experience covering Primary classes across KS1 - KS2
• Evidence of specialism in specific curriculum areas or areas of particular learning difficulty
• Some experience of working with primary children or in a school
• A real passion for education and improving the attainment of pupils
• Bags of creativity for stimulating and engaging pupils
