HGV Drivers with CPC Card required for ongoing temporary work in Chelmsford.

Our client is looking for hard working, reliable staff to drive around Chelmsford removing waste and recyclable from homes and businesses and take away for disposal or recycling. If you are physically fit and work well in a team, this job is for you.

In this role you will need to work quickly and cleanly and remain polite and professional with the public. Be upbeat, proactive and positive, with a 'can-do' attitude. You must also have a flexible approach to work and changing circumstances.

Work activities include:
- collecting residential waste and recycling in Chelmsford
- moving bags, wheelie bins and recycling bins and boxes
- using a lifting mechanism to tip the waste from bins into the lorry
- reporting any problems with waste collections
- help waste collection operatives with collections

2 years HGV driving experience required but not essential.

Working hours:
6:30/7am start - 9.25 hours day (job and finish)
Tuesday to Friday
37 hours a week
(overtime available depending on workload)
