HGV Class 2 Removals Driver

Our client is a stalwart of the UK Removals and Storage Industry. A multi-branch, long term BAR member with a great reputation for quality.

They are now looking for an experienced HGV Driver to join their busy team based in Surrey.

You will be carrying out domestic and commercial moves, ensuring the secure packing and wrapping of all items for transportation.

Previous experience within the Removals industry is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safe operation of class 2 vehicles.
• Packing, wrapping, loading, and unloading customer’s goods.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure a smooth transition for customers.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, develop relationships, and manage client expectations.
• Ensuring all legal and safety requirements are adhered to.

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience in removals industry.
• Valid HGV Class 2 driving license.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Good level of fitness as heavy lifting is required.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
