What you will be doing as a Helpdesk Manager:
Working from their offices on the outskirts of Bolton, you will be managing the support team, dealing with a range of companies across the UK. Duties will include:

  • Leading the support team
  • Ensuring all KPIs and SLAs are achieved
  • Reviewing and developing the performance of the support team
  • Helping customers wherever possible
  • Managing existing customer accounts


We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a managerial role
  • Able to use Windows 10 and above, Mail Server and Microsoft Office packages
  • Knowledge of networks and their components
  • Knowledge of antivirus, firewalls and access controls
  • Previous experience installing and configuring Windows Server 12 and above
  • Able to work well under pressure
