Helpdesk Administrator
A fantastic opportunity to join a friendly company in Petersfield. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of duties to ensure efficient
Responsibilities:
- Update company software (Clik) and client portals efficiently to reflect new work requests and job completion
- Liaise with clients and Contracts Managers to ensure good communication on all aspects of works required and undertaken, including relevant documentation
- Follow and enhance company procedures to ensure works are carried out competently and efficiently
- Maintain and action all incoming emails
- Deal with incoming calls to the helpdesk, taking messages for managers, providing updates, and raising reactive jobs
- Compile and issue engineers’ job packs, including permits
- Manage reactive and planned works with the helpdesk team
- Plan and oversee the work of engineers and associated administration
Ideally you will be a confident communicator and have strong administrative skills. Any previous helpdesk experience would be beneficial, but not essential as training can be provided. The company is just on the outskirts of Petersfield, without good public transport links, so ideally you will have your own transport
