Role Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support to clients, resolving IT issues promptly and efficiently.
• Manage and troubleshoot Azure, Intune, Office 365, Mac, and iOS-related queries.
• Respond to support tickets and requests, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues as needed.
• Assist in maintaining IT documentation and knowledge base.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a client-facing environment.
• Proficiency in Azure, Intune, Office 365 administration, Mac, and iOS troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus.

Salary - £30,000 - £35,000 including bonus and benefits
