Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Healthcare Assistants/Support Worker/HCA/Care Assistant/Social Worker. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide essential support and care to individuals in various healthcare settings such as Nursing Homes, Care homes and home care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support individuals with mobility and transfers
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals
- Communicate effectively with individuals, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Follow care plans and ensure individual needs are met

Requirements:
- Updated CV
- DBS on Updated service
- Mandatory, Practical and Online trainings**
- Social Worker Number (if any)
- Immunization Certificates
- Passport Copy and BRP Card
- Employment Reference Summary Form

- Current Visa

- References (covers 3-5 years)
- Address Proofs
- Quick responsive candidate would preferred to allot the shifts
