The role will primarily involve dealing with Court of Protection, health law advice and inquests as well as other health sector related work. The ideal candidate will have gained a minimum of 2 Years PQE and have gained experience of working with the NHS as well as having inquest advocacy experience.
You will be joining a national department that consists of 70+ lawyers that advise NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts and medical defence organisations and have specialisms dealing with issues of consent and capacity as well as the interface between mental capacity and mental health law.
Salary expectations for this role will be in the £50,000 - £80,000 for a Associate / Senior Associate due to the wide ranging PQE level being considered.
