A leading national law firm ranked highly in the Legal 500 are seeking an Associate to join their Healthcare Advisory team in Manchester.

Role

You will work on high profile and politically sensitive cases for the NHS and will sit within the advisory team working with health and social care clients across a wide range of issues including:

  • Judicial review, Court of Protection and mental health tribunal matters
  • Mental Health and Mental Capacity Law
  • Inquests
  • Public law matters
  • Patient safety investigations
  • CQC and health care regulation
  • Confidentiality
  • Information Law

Candidate

You will have experience in healthcare law and are likely to be working for a leading City, national law firm or barristers chambers who are well known for their healthcare expertise.

You will be a confident solicitor, barrister or advocate who is self-motivated and able to develop skills to work with senior NHS management individuals.

The firm are seeking more than one individual so are looking for applications from candidates who are newly qualified up to principal associate level.
