Occupational Health & Wellbeing Advisor - Flexible working available to suit you!

(Between 20 hours - 37 hours per week)

We are currently working with a leading Statutory Occupational Health Service in the Gloucestershire region as they seek to take on a Health & Wellbeing Advisor as of March 2024. (A mixture of remote & on-site working will be conducted)

This role would suit someone looking for flexibility/a work life balance as they are flexible on the hours/days worked between the 20 hours - 37 hours per week (this can be discussed further at interview)

Salary: Up to £42,500 per annum (FTE/37 hours)

About your role:

You will join their exceptional team to deliver key Occupational health services to employees within the county of Gloucestershire. Employees work in a variety of settings including Education, Fire and Rescue service, Adult and Childrens Social Care as well as core Council services.

The service currently deliver a range of services including referral advice, new starter health clearance, health screening medicals including driver medicals and safety critical medicals alongside health promotion activities and initiatives to support the Council's commitment to employee wellbeing.

About you:

If you are a Registered Nurse with at least 2 years post-registration experience then my client is looking to hear from you. (Occupational Health Qualification/Degree is a necessity alongside your Nursing Qualification)
