Our client has embraced leading edge technology aimed at delivering a first-class virtual training experience to our customers and employees. Therefore, you will need to be experienced in both live and virtual facilitation, delivering a broad range of topics across the health and safety training spectrum.

Due to scheme requirements, you will possess a recognised teaching qualification and have a work history within the construction sector. Preferably, we are looking for a Chartered Health and safety professional who is a registered trainer with CITB.

Responsibilities:

• Work with colleagues across all departments to drive the training agenda as a product and service within the business.
• Prepare and deliver our CITB SMSTS, SSSTS and Health and Safety Awareness training courses.
• Work with external bodies to develop accredited courses/schemes.
• Stay up to date with and identify market needs and trends.
• Assist the HR Manager in producing training needs analysis for internal employees.
• Build productive relationships with customers and employees

The person

• A recognised Health and Safety qualification minimum level 6 i.e. NEBOSH Diploma/ NCRQ Diploma/NVQ/SVQ Level 5 in Occupational Safety and Health/Health & Safety Degree/NEBOSH National Certificate/CMIOSH/PTLLS
