So, now you know what the opportunity provides, here's a little about the role and us!

Based in Ashford, Kent this role attracts a starting salary of £25,300 per annum, 42.5 hours per week. As a general, you will be office based but weekends and nights are an expectation as well as some travel to our regional offices and regular site visits.

The team is anything but quiet, we enjoy a good laugh and a lot of coffee. We are Rail industry experts and we all have the enjoyment of a naughty lunch in common! So now you know a little about us, how about the actual role?

Your main duties will include:

  • Maintaining our Management System, including all policies and procedures
  • Carry out internal audits
  • Responsible for internal audits including RISQS and ISO:9001
  • Regular site visits
  • Client interface
  • Writing and updating RAMS
  • Fatigue management for all site staff
  • Managing our AFR
  • Keeping up to date with current H&S legislation and implementing changes as required

These tasks won't all come at once though, you will be trained for each of them!
