Your new company


Your new company is a well-known leading real estate consultancy and works in both public and private sectors. They are recruiting a Health & Safety/CDM consultant to oversee their projects, clients and deliver services to their clients. This role will be predominantly desk based, meaning you can be based in our London office and support the workload across the London and South East region.

Your new role

The role will involve building/construction CDM and health and safety consultancy on all types of commercial property. There will be direct exposure to a wide cross-section of clients within the real estate industry and the opportunity to develop your career within our highly experienced team.

What you'll need to succeed


You will need to have 1-2 years' experience in a CDM related role such as Principal Designer, Health & Safety or CDM advisor. You must have knowledge of the CDM 2015 Regulations. This role is open to someone who is early in their Health and Safety career looking to progress. Must have RTW in the UK and a Drivers' Licence.
