Position: Health and Safety Advisor

Location: Bournemouth Area

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: £32,000 to £38,000 per annum + Benefits

Responsibilities:

Provide expert safety, health, and environmental advice, support, training, and guidance across our company.

Educate and support managers to ensure adherence to safety standards, leading on risk assessments and promoting a positive SHE culture.

Foster continuous improvement and safety performance by coaching coworkers and sharing knowledge and best practices.

Assist in developing safe systems of work, accident investigation, and generating reports to support audits, assessments, and investigations.

Requirements:

NEBOSH General Certificate qualification.

Previous experience working within the Engineering or Aviation industry.

Willingness to travel occasionally, both internationally and nationally, as required to support contracts.
