Head Receptionist - Luxury Automotive Dealership

Responsibilities:

Oversee and lead a team of receptionists to provide top-notch customer satisfaction.

Manage day-to-day reception operations, including greeting clients, answering calls, and scheduling appointments.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient communication and coordination.

Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.

Maintain a clean and organised reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our valued clients.

Assure compliance with company policies and procedures to uphold high professional standards.

Support the executive team with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

Proven experience in reception or customer service management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced environment.

Ability to lead by example, motivating and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software.

A valid driver's licence as occasional driving duties may be required.
