What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated great leadership skills and havepreviously led a team
- Relevant training and certifications as a PMO
- Managed large programmes of work - preferably withincustomer facing businesses.
- Ensure all projects meet the minimum PM governance andcontrols standards and are aligned to the business needs
- Undertake "scenario" and "what-if" analysis of thevarious delivery options within the portfolio
- Manage a team of 2 individuals (Project Coordinator& Project Manager)
- Hospitality industry experience is ideal

What you'll get in return
