The Role
  • Lead the strategic allocation of financial resources to support the companies operational and investment objectives.
  • Innovate in funding, investment, and treasury risk management policies and strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Director and senior leadership to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
  • Champion continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
The Successful Candidate 
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the finance sector.
  • Treasury and planning experience within the housing sector. 
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • A commitment to professional growth and team development.
