Head of Transformation

You will have people management experience leading direct and indirect reports including Programme Managers, Project Managers and PMO Leads with the ability to influence senior leaders across a large organisation.

The ideal candidate will have proven track record in delivering large Transformational change at scale.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Planning the transformation: defines financial and non-financial impact of portfolio activity and supports the Management Committee and Directorate Leaders in structuring and defining initiatives.
  • Delivery: leads and manages teams of transformation programme & project managers. Maximises impact and ensures robust development and delivery of transformation initiatives across a portfolio.
  • Continuous improvement: continuously identifies and drives improvements in effectiveness of transformation delivery mechanisms and tools.
  • Leadership: communicates the vision, objectives and achievements across the business to build excitement and energy for transformation
  • Problem solving: Leads teams in problem solving and analytics to define solutions and impact.

About you

  • Credibility as an experienced and senior leader of Transformation.
  • Proven track record in leading and delivering large scale transformation activities across complex organisations with clear structure and outputs.
  • Experienced people leader and manager of diverse direct and indirect teams
  • Stakeholder influence and engagement

Experience from relevant industries (e.g. travel, transport, aviation) and functional expertise (e.g., engineering, operations, commercial), is beneficial.
