A leading digital engineering and cloud transformation company is seeking an experienced and motivated Head of Service Delivery Management.

In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the entire Managed Services lifecycle for their Oracle projects across the UKI & Europe region, ensuring clients consistently receive top-notch experiences.

Lead the Way in Service Delivery Management :

  • Oversee service delivery from transition to ongoing support, driving continuous improvement.
  • Set the vision for regional delivery, optimize processes, and cultivate a collaborative, high-performing team.
  • Develop and implement service delivery strategies aligned with ITIL, ISO, and best practices.
  • Manage budgets, headcount, and ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and client satisfaction.


Be a great leader and Oracle master:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience leading IT service delivery teams.
  • Proven success in a Managed Services environment with onshore & offshore delivery.
  • In-depth understanding of Oracle solutions and Managed Services best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills (internal & external).
