Connaught Education is presently supporting a highly prestigious independent preparatory school for boys between the ages of 7 and 13 in appointing a Head of Science on a permanent basis from September 2024. The school in question is in its 20th year and has a consistent track record of sending its leavers to the foremost senior schools in London. This outstanding establishment is a proud member of London's largest independent schools' group, bringing ample opportunities for continued professional development for all staff.

The position at hand is that of a Head of Science to lead a thriving and growing department, all boys at the school are taught Science and benefit from the use of 3 laboratories and a full time, specialist Science Technician.

The successful applicant will lead the department and the provision of Science across the school, a demonstrable track record of high calibre Science teaching is required, although the school is open to receiving applications from both experienced Heads of Department and Teachers who are looking to take the next step in their career.
