Circa £80,000 basic salary (negotiable), OTE £160,000 (Uncapped) + Benefits

Leeds (Hybrid with UK coverage)

Our client is a growing provider of cyber security solutions and consultancy.

With a highly experienced management team, with a leading solution portfolio and relationships with global vendors, they continue to grow at a remarkable rate.

They are currently looking to recruit a Head of Sales.

Responsible for the management of the sales team and for the creation, implementation and development of overall sales strategy, the role offers the opportunity to work for a business able to demonstrate previous success with high profile, global brands and SME clients alike.

Our client is looking to recruit a genuinely top calibre cyber security sales management professional with the credibility, gravitas and acumen required to drive sales in line with the business ambitious 3 year plan, whilst maintaining and developing a culture in line with the business aim to be an employer of choice.

Experience required:

• Extensive experience gained in a sales management role in the cyber security sector.
• Extensive exposure to industry, solutions and vendors.
• Highly developed commercial acumen.
• A demonstrable track record gained managing successful new business sales teams.
• A "can-do" mentality.
