Head of Sales Operations / CRM Manager ( FTC) ( London Hybrid 1/2 days on site) 

Our Award winning Reg Tech client is looking to recruit an experience Head of Sales Operations / CRM Manager ( FTC) . With strong experience of CRM , change management , change request , implementation of chnage. 
The Head of Sales Operations / CRM Manager with be responsible for

the CRM change management process (change request, Impact analysis, Implement change, Test, Release)
Actively Manage CRM tool book of work and development resource allocation
Communicate progress updates and timeline to relevant stakeholders
Define user acceptance testing process
Manage CRM data.

Reporting and Analytics
Define reports and dashboards in CRM for users and senior management
Gatekeeper for any new reporting/ analytic request for teams using CRM
Perform sales forecasting

Knowledge of regulatory reporting and financial services would also be required
