My client, a prominent wealth management firm, is seeking a seasoned Actuary with strong commercial acumen to spearhead their Research & Development division as the Head of R&D. This hybrid role offers the right candidate an exciting chance to shape the development and pricing strategies of new products and drive forward key strategic initiatives.
Ideal candidates will be qualified actuaries with a background in life insurance, pensions, or investments, along with proven experience in pricing and product development. You'll have the opportunity to shape the future of our client's product offering while enjoying generous benefits, including a substantial bonus, a robust pension scheme, and 28 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
This role is located in the Cotswolds, offering a convenient commute from Bristol, Swindon, Gloucester, and Oxford.
