An exciting opportunity has arisen for an energetic and driven HR professional with a passion for the travel industry. This is a dynamic role, overseeing all HR functions across the group and playing a pivotal role in my client’s ambitious expansion plans.

As a key member of my client’s Senior Management Team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic HR plans, ensuring compliance, and managing the budget.
  • Providing regular, insightful management information reports.
  • Coaching and supporting Line Managers on employment law matters.
  • Ensuring HR documents are fully compliant and up to date with legislative changes.
  • Assessing training needs and delivery options based on individual learning styles and career goals.
  • Establishing a robust succession planning strategy aligned with company goals and individual career aspirations.
  • Supporting and driving change management while fostering a positive working culture.
  • Collaborating with payroll on staff joiners, leavers, salary increases, and sickness absences.
  • Conducting staff salary reviews and addressing employee payroll queries promptly
  • Developing and managing a robust Health & Safety policy, regularly reviewing it in line with legislation and best practices.

The successful candidate will have/be:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field
  • Level 7 CIPD qualified
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
  • Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
  • Natural interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong detail-oriented and resourceful mindset
  • Resilient and assertive
  • Knowledge of Employment Law and regulations.
