Head of People and Culture – Hybrid working – Liverpool or Manchester

£50,000 to £55,000 + Benefits

Our client is one of the most prestigious charities in the North West and they are seeking a Head of People and Culture as they set out their vision for the future.

This is a new post and will give the incumbent an opportunity to define, shape and mould the people strategy, and help drive forward the values culture and deliver organisational development opportunities.

The role will :

  • Lead on the development of the organisation becoming an Employer of Choice.
  • Ensuring that value-led behaviours are present at all levels.
  • Lead on the attainment and on-going management of Investors in People (IIP)
  • Develop strategies and plans to maximise employee engagement.
  • Obtain a place an in externally recognised assessment award.
  • Lead on talent attraction, engagement, retention and development strategies.
  • Develop an employer brand.
  • Develop and implement the people strategy.
  • Lead organisational development opportunities and develop people plans.
  • Lead the people and culture team.
  • Develop, implement and interpret people and culture policies.
  • Advise on employment legislation and terms of conditions of employment.
  • Implement performance management systems (PDRs)
  • Review, procure and implement a new HR information system.

Ideally you will be CIPD qualified with proven experience of managing change. You will be a person centric individual and have a passion for working in a dynamic and evolving environment.
