Head of Paid Media

-Cheshire (Hybrid)

-Up to £50k

Our client is seeking a dynamic Head of Paid Media with a strong background in digital marketing to lead their paid media marketing team and drive their clients marketing strategies. In this role, the Head of Paid Media will develop and implement paid media campaigns, manage budgets, and analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities of the Head of Paid Media role:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve clients' objectives.
  • Leading PPC strategy across Google and Meta/Facebook, leveraging technical expertise on these platforms.
  • Analysing campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts and drive clients ROI.
  • Manage a team of 8 paid media professionals including mentoring and delegation of workload.
  • Conducting market research and analysis and keeping up with industry news and trends.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Paid Media or similar role from an agency.
  • Strong technical knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools, particularly Google and Meta.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal and experience managing a mid-sized team.
