Are you a senior-level Leader with multi-site operations managerial/director experience? Are you looking for an autonomous role where you will play a key role in the success of the business?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity where you will take direct responsibility of this company's Scottish operations, with the chance to put your own stamp on processes and influence real change at a senior level, reporting directly to the MD.

Alongside this you will support the company in achieving their ambitious growth plans through developing strategies and making key decisions.

The company are a specialist manufacturer with multiple sites across the UK and are looking for a strong leader to take ownership of the role and develop the business further.

This position would suit senior level Operations Leader/Director from a heavy industrial background looking for an exciting new opportunity.
