About the Role:

As the Head of Nursing, your leadership will directly influence the future of nursing care and innovation across the charity. This is all about steering a team towards excellence, blending creativity with best practice, and ensuring the delivery of patient care is nothing short of outstanding.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Spearheading the delivery and continuous improvement of nursing services, guaranteeing care is both high-calibre and individualised.
• Leading from the front on all things governance, risk, and budget management within the nursing sphere.
• Being the guiding light for senior nursing staff, creating an environment where collaboration is key and empowerment is the norm.
• Upholding the role of Registered Manager, ensuring all CQC standards are not just met but exceeded.
• Embedding a culture where safeguarding and the welfare of service users are paramount, in line with our client’s core values and ethos.
• Championing professional development and setting the bar high for clinical standards across the board.
