We have an exceptional opportunity for a Head of Marketing to join an exciting brand based in Cardiff. You would joining on of the most-loved companies within the UK. This role offers the opportunity for you to be the custodian of the brand
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the marketing and visual merchandising team.
- Collaborate with buying teams to align marketing strategies with seasonal product ranges.
- Develop and evolve brand guidelines in collaboration with creative agencies.
- Oversee the implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Drive the development of captivating window displays and in-store promotional campaigns.
- Manage marketing budgets and monitor expenditures effectively.
- Act as the local marketing leader, overseeing events and analysing results.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing leadership roles.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Creative flair coupled with a commercial mindset.
- Proven track record in delivering successful marketing campaigns.
