Head of Litigation - Secured Lending

Reed Legal are partnered with a phenomenal law firm specialising in secured lending and property law. They are looking for a head of litigation to join their team and manage the litigation department.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with at least five years of experience in secured lending litigation. You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to handle complex and high-value cases. You will also have strong leadership and management skills, and the ability to mentor and develop junior staff.

As the head of litigation, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the litigation process, from pre-action to enforcement. You will liaise with clients, lenders, borrowers, solicitors, barristers, and other parties involved in the litigation. You will also ensure that the litigation department complies with all relevant regulations and standards, and that the quality of service is maintained at a high level.
