HEAD OF LETTINGS / LETTINGS MANAGER – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Aldershot, GU11

Salary: OTE: £55k+

Position: Permanent – Full Time

We have an exceptionally exciting opportunity for an energetic, experienced and dynamic Lettings Manager / Head of Lettings to be the cornerstone of a thriving Lettings Division.

The position is within an already successful Residential Estate Agency group with established local branches and an established current Managed Portfolio: the right candidate will be one who can see that this business has significant scope to be developed further and so the options and future possibilities within the role are unlimited!

Previous experience in Residential Lettings is obviously essential: as is having had previous experience of running a lettings team. An understanding of Property Management, being a member of ARLA and having a good local knowledge, would all be a distinct advantage and considered as highly desirable qualities.

The company are looking for a candidate who has the capacity to grow an already established business; so the right attitude, intelligence and transferable skills will be top considerations: You must be exceptionally presentable, well-spoken, enthusiastic, motivated, articulate and numerate and have a full UK driving licence. This is about being part of a small but highly effective team where customer service, attention to detail and results count.

Skills: The skills required for this dynamic Lettings Manager / Head of Lettings role will include:

• Experienced in valuations and listing of residential rental properties
• Ability to train, manage, mentor and motivate staff
• Excellent sales ability
• ARLA qualified
• High standards of customer service skills
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the local area
• Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
