Head of Legal Practice - Manchester

Are you a seasoned leader with a background in legal, accounting, insurance, or professional services? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a global company as a Business Leader for their Legal Services division.

Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to work closely with the Claims & Legal Services Director, driving the strategic, operational, and day-to-day development of their legal business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape the firm's strategic vision and long-term goals in collaboration with the Claims & Legal Services Director.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure top-tier client services.
  • Manage the firm's financial performance and budget in conjunction with the finance team.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of partners and senior leaders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience, ideally in roles such as Managing Director, Head of Operations, COO, or Financial Director.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive a business towards its long-term goals.
