The successful Head of IT Portfolio must have experience of SCRUM, Kanban and Agile IT delivery in order to take their IT Systems and Programmes to the next level. It is also important you have experience of product development within Agile ways of working. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Delivery Manager looking to progress their career at a fantastic organisation who encourage flexible working and working for home.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Head of IT Portfolio to lead on several very exciting projects where you will be responsible for the development and growth of your team, while having the opportunity to really make your mark on a fantastic organisation. You will get to work with stakeholders across the business, so it is essential to be a confident communicator. You will also be expected to have full SDLC experience. Working for this leading organisation you will be able to work from home 2-3 days per week.

Skills required for the Head of IT Portfolio:
- Strong & proven IT Delivery experience
- Experience of mentoring and managing teams
- Strong understanding SCRUM and Kanban
- Experience of implementing Agile
- Confident communicator who is able to deal with a wide range of stakeholders

Head of Delivery / Delivery Manager / IT Programme Manager / Head of IT Portfolio

Location: Central London / Hybrid
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + Brilliant benefits
