Gleeson Recruitment are working with a UK based motorcycle apparel brand in shaping its international growth strategy. As Head of International Business (HIB), you'll forge partnerships, navigate emerging markets, and drive results.

Your mission? Develop a strong global network of partners and distributors, seize growth opportunities, and represent their brand at key international events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand global reach by recruiting regional agents and establishing strategic partnerships.
  • Drive growth in revenue from the export channel and enhance the quality of distribution partners.
  • Strategize market entry and prioritise opportunities based on market dynamics and competitive advantages.

Organisational Alignment:

  • Directly report to the Sales Operations Director.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including sales, buying, product, marketing, and the board.

Package:

  • Up to 45 days holiday per year to accommodate international travel.
  • Pension scheme and enrolment into the employee share scheme at no cost.
  • Performance-driven long-term incentive scheme (LTIP) to reward your contributions.
  • Fully Expensed global travel
