Head of InfoSec Engineering - Asset Management - Permanent
Hybrid - Central London Office (3 days Office Attendance, 2 days WFH)
Compensation - c.£120k + Bonus & Benefits

The role involves leading a small team responsible for defining and implementing a variety of security solutions with the ultimate aim of further securing the firms assets and empowering engineers to make better security decisions.

This position is well suited to those currently in a hands on engineering role, with an element of team leadership, that would like to take a step up.

We're looking for someone with a mixture of technical (Linux, DevOps, Python) and senior to C level stakeholder management skills. Track record of delivering complex security technology implementations is necessary.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in leading and communicating effectively with distributed teams across various locations and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in driving complex technology initiatives from ideation to delivery, collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proficient in working with Linux environments, possessing strong software development capabilities, particularly in designing and building APIs using Python.
  • Skilled in researching, evaluating, and selecting the optimal software and hardware solutions to address specific business needs, considering a range of factors and criteria.
