The firm has an excellent reputation in employment and corporate (and other services) however, is lacking a standalone immigration service and is referring out instructions to another firm.

Naturally the partners would rather retain the work inhouse and as such are investing in an immigration team.

The successful candidate should have the following experience:

• Partner or senior associate ready for partnership
• Experience of all aspects of business immigration (no legal aid)
• Ability to advise on HNW private immigration matters
• Outward facing and client focussed
• Proven networking ability
• The ability to develop and lead a team
