About Us: We are a premier estate agency and property management company based in Liverpool, dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. As we expand into new areas, we are seeking a motivated and visionary Head of HR to join our team and drive our people strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the HR department, fostering a culture of high performance and engagement.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our business objectives and growth plans.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
  • Champion employee engagement and well-being programs to ensure a positive and productive workplace.
  • Advise and support management on HR best practices, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role, with multi-sector experience
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
  • Passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and delivering outstanding customer service.
