Our client is a group of Greek restaurants spread across London. Renowned for its exquisite food and excellent service. The client is offering a salary between £60.000 to £80,000 depending on experience with an extensive list of benefits!

What Does the Role Entail?

You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing a people plan, and crafting and curating the best possible employee experience for staff. In this role, you will lead and develop the individual teams helping them grow alongside the business, collaborating with managers to provide support on all things HR. Additionally, you'll promote and elevate the teams by supporting their learning journey and improving upon the HR functions and benefits plans. This role will be onsite and will involve consistent travel between the different restaurants across London.

What skills will you have?

Ideally, you will have previous experience working within the hospitality industry, to give you a strong understanding of the type of staff you'll be supporting. Strong knowledge of HR, with a focus on driving efficiency and culture, is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to engage effectively with colleagues, while the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment is crucial for maintaining impeccable standards.
